Introduction: I'm not your typical trainer that will tell you, I've been involved in sports and that's how I got into fitness. My interest in fitness didn't start until my early 20's. I started running, and with that, my love of working out, and started to get healthy, It's been a rough road! but I truly enjoy being healthy! It's been 7 years helping people achieve their goals, helping them get healthy, I've changed lives, best of all, I've helped people look at food in different ways, give yourself the gift of changing you! We’re a a private facility, I know the big gyms sometimes can be a little intimidating, but here everyone is family, and very supportive of each other! Come give it a try!
