I was struggling to lose just a few pesky pounds after having a baby so I enlisted the help of Lindsey and she was so helpful! She offered great guidance, no judgment when I broke my diet, and was very quick with communication. Can't recommend her enough!

I was nervous about picking someone to help me make over my diet and my body. I wanted someone who would push me to my best without judging where I started. I could tell from the start that Lindsey cared about my success. It was obvious that she was on this journey with me. She'll get you to your goals and empower you to stick to health.

FAQs

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Am I willing to commit to the long term. We live in a land of quick fixes and fad diets and while initial weight loss can happen, these don't set us up for long term health and weight loss. They often keep us in a cycle of on/off weight gain, frustration, and always looking for the next diet to start. If we want to make permanent changes and create genuine health, we need to change our lifestyles and that doesn't happen overnight. What's the difference between a Nutritionist and a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist There is a significant difference between someone who refers to him/herself as a nutritionist and Registered Dietitian Nutritionist. Anyone can call him/herself a nutritionist, as there is no license to uphold that title. It takes several years and extensive training to become an RDN, who is a licensed practitioner.
