- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, we will typically start with a consultation, which mainly consists of a conversation about the client's goals, experience, and how we can meet those goals. After the consultation, we'll schedule our next meeting to workout and get started on a program. Once we get started, we adjust the program as needed to meet each client's needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE (American Council on Exercise), as well as a Certified Weight Management Specialist. I am also a Spartan SGX Certified Coach. I've worked in the fitness industry since 2013 at many levels, from small one on one training studios to university recreation centers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I asked myself "What do I enjoy doing, and how can I turn it into a career?" The answer was easy! I love exercising and being active, and I love helping people. This pushed me to become a certified personal trainer and begin to help people change their lives!
