no standard pricing, this isn't a "cookie cutter" type business, every job has its differences
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
first we meet with you at your site, or over the phone, review the scope of the project, address all your concerns, write up a proposal, present it, sign a contract, schedule and proceed with the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My education started at U of I, Champaign, IL, obtaining a degree in Landscape Architecture and graduating with Phi Beta Kappa honors. After a dozen or so years in the landscaping business branched out to do heavier construction and found myself in the concrete business for the next 15 years. After perfecting that craft, I needed more challenging work, rather than physical work, and started doing underground plumbing projects. Today, after countless hours of classroom and on the job training, secured my Plumbing Contractors license, and continue with the required continuing education courses.
