A. Our most successful customer is one who recognizes early on in their business set up that handling their own operations is a big distraction from their core business which is to grow their company. Those who set up their own shipping and handling compromising their time at the critical start up phase and may be destined to relegate their business in the 'amateur' category. Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I work with Operations Directors at small to medium enterprises and can often manage to provide them signiicant cost savings strategies. I also meet many new companies and products being launced and get to watch them grow their brands and markets. We partner with colleagues in the direct response industry such as call centers, credit processing companies and ecommerce platforms as well as manufacturers and consultants to the industry.
