FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once they contact GBD, we schedule a time to meet. We prefer mornings or weekends so that we can stay on schedule with current jobs. Once we meet, we listen to the customers requests and concerns. We will inform them on how we will address the situation. Every yard and garden is an opportunity. On larger projects such as a landscape design, we may need to make multiple visits to scout the landscape and area. We may sketch a design on paper and set up a follow up meeting with the customer. Quotes that involve requests that are less complex (i.e. -measuring for sod or mulching) will receive an estimate quickly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Before becoming a gardener by trade, I thoroughly enjoyed maintaining my own yard. After spending the past decade in my own gardens, it was natural for me to assist others with my knowledge through my own experience. I later decided to continue my education by increasing my knowledge and learning from others in the industry. I am always striving to learn more about the industry.
