Great company. I love the flat rate pricing! It was only $80 to have my place managed. I couldn't believe they could deliver quality service for that cheap but they do. They are very responsive and handle everything, even they answer their phone.

They are a great company to work with. I am planning on purchasing two more investment homes and will use their service again. They stood out to me because of the low monthly fee but backed it up with great service. I think they even have guarantees but I don't think I will ever have to use those. $80 month no matter rental price. 1/2 months rent for securing a tenant
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give an upfront and Free Rental Market Value Analysis. We will take professional photos, video, and post your property to major listing sites. All this is done before we ever get paid. We get paid once we sure the tenants lease.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed in the State of Arizona to perform Real Estate including property management. All of our agents are licensed Realtors.
