- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing but are always flexible, willing to work with your needs just ask! Please remember to indicate if you want the inside of refrigerators, ovens, blinds, windows, or patios/garage cleaned as that is all extra and not included when quoting if not indicated in customized quotes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first meet with you when it's convenient for you. We thoroughly explain in writing what to expect to make sure that there is no miss understandings. We use the lastest products available with the best techniques to get the job right the first time. We are willing to work with any questions and concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My wife, team, and I have over 10 years of experience in commercial and residential cleaning. We currently manage two apartment home property's and work with many Real estate agents and continue to learn what products works best for your home. We carry a 2 million dollar insurance policy so there is nothing to worry about, leave the work to us.
