- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competative but we prefer to see the property and meet with the owner before committing to a price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with an inspection of the property and an evaluation of the owner' needs and objectives and then, if the relationship fits, we develop a management plan and propose a management agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Honors degree in administrative studies from York university, a number of real estate designations and courses in property management.
