- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do offer both flat fees and hourly fees. Our payroll fees depend on how many employees and the frequency of pay. We are happy to provide a free consultation in person or over the phone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a conversation. As every client is different they will have different needs. We believe in finding the perfect solution not just selling our service.
