Wesley installed our new ceiling fan a few months ago, and purchased and installed a battery-operated wall switch for it. The fan worked fine at first, but then stopped working abruptly. We contacted him to come out and take a look, and he did not show up to our scheduled appointment, respond to our phone message, or call to reschedule.
