- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a flat rate of $150.00 depending on the workload. If the work flow takes me less than 4 hours, than I will charge a monthly rate of $ 200 .00 month for bookkeeping and Accounting service. If it's Tax preparation than I charge business rate 1040 Sch C $300.00 and Individuals $100-$150.00 / Corporation $ 300.00 to 500.00.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the client to understand the nature of the business. Then I ask how can help them. They explain in detail what service they need. Than I prepare contract for the client to review, before service is render.

I have 20 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience.
