We also provide handyman services and can fix almost anything in your home. We also provide furniture assembly along with exercise equipment at a very reasonable price. Oscar is truly a life saver and helped us save time to spend with our infant daughter! He was extremely kind enough to go out of his way to fix an electrical issue we had and re-caulked our shower too. Of course, he did a nice job with our house cleaning as well. Most of our pricing is figured on fixed pricing base on the work that is required, all other work is done on a hourly rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to have a discussion with customers so we can understand exactly what they need, we will put together a quote that will be very detailed for the customer to review.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am currently hold a International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI15090706), I am also a skill metal fabricator.
