FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do. We will setup an in-home visit to check out your project first. We find it unprofessional to quote over the phone because most folks aren't sure of all the variables in play. We understand that money doesn't grow on trees and we promise to respect your money. We don't like surprises either but without seeing the job we wouldn't want to promise one thing over the phone and start our relationship off on the wrong foot if things changed when we got there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we will make contact over the phone so I can understand what you're looking for. We'll exchange some ideas back and forth and then we'll schedule a time for us to come out and check out the job with you. Next, we'll show you the cost and let you know what's involved and then we'll let you make a decision.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
