- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will vary based on organizational needs, employee count, and frequency of processing just to name a few.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It begins with an initial executive overview (discovery process) during which we get to know a client's objectives and current practices for managing their workforce at a high level. From there we move on to a deeper dive (if necessary) with our systems consultant to understand the granular details of these processes. It is after this point that we will make custom solution recommendations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have significant client-facing experience in the financial and client services arena (over 20 years) requiring me to recommend and provide individual or corporate solutions. More importantly, I possess a keen understanding of the importance of an exceptional client experience having managed a high-end escalations team for one of the world's leading wealth management institutions.
