Wayne was very friendly and courteous. He explained his process, talked to me about trouble areas, offered solutions, and advised on issues which I need to look out for. I hired Integrity Pest Control for their quarterly service, and would highly recommend them to others.

I enjoyed working to Wayne. He is an honest business man, not trying to use fear, uncertainty and doubt to get customers. Nor was he trying to upsell me on unnecessary work. He has one price per service and it is the same regardless of how many visits you ask for in a year. However, if you choose to have him back every quarter, he will come back free of charge between your first visit and your second visit as he understands that it may be difficult at first to get rid of pesky odorous ants. All the other pest control companies try to charge a large "initial visit" price then a lower Quarterly visit price. That's not the case with Wayne. He doesn't charge an initial visit fee. I was quoted $69 for a one-time service fee. However, when I told him that I wanted him back every quarter, he dropped the price to $59 a visit since it was repeat business within the year. What a deal!! He showed up on time and was very professional. He did exactly what was expected: Sprayed for ants, fleas and spiders inside and out, cleaned up all webs, removed all wasp nests and sprayed the eves of the house, garage and sheds. Then treated with gel to kill the ants in their nests. This is a class act! I would definitely refer Wayne and Integrity Pest Control.

Integrity Pest Control performed outstanding work when they came and sprayed my home for bugs and spiders. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and spent the time doing an excellent and thorough job. Thank you and I will be having them do this work again and from now on.

Came all the way out to our house even though we are not in his area. Was very friendly & knowlegable. Agreed to continue for just a small travel fee.
