Introduction: I believe that my service stands out to my valued customers because I listen to their needs and then I provide those needs to them as requested. I take pride in all of my work that I do for my customers. I always stand behind my finished product. My customers always have the right to inspect my work( I encourage them to do so)before I am compensated for it. Due to extremely high wind over the weekend, our wooden fence became wobbly and highly unstable. After minutes of placing a repair request, Jamie responded promptly and was able to come over and assess the damage within a short time later. In person, he's highly professional and courteous with a big genuine smile. The quote was affordable, reasonable and highly competitive. The work was successfully and professionally completed in just a few hours the following day. He also nicely cleaned up the work space and its close vicinity. Overall, we are greatly impressed with his high quality of work, his punctuality and dependability, his affordable pricing and his professionalism. We'll definitely keep Jamie as our go-to handyman for future repair and maintenance works.

Exceptional!! Jamie did a phenomenal job on various projects at my home. I am so pleased with his work. He transformed my cabinet trim, outdoor gate, door trim, and other miscellaneous items I needed completed. Highly recommend him. I have an older craftsman home and he went above and beyond to help me find solutions. He is very knowledgeable and a true craftsman. Highly recommend him and will be working with him on future projects!

Jamie is a star! We had a crazy short timeline for a home renovation and he pulled it off beautifully. He demo’d plaster walls, installed swinging and pocket doors, crown, baseboard, door and window molding, replaced door jams, drywalled the house and garage, front porch columns, and more. We look forward to continuing to work with him as we start new projects. His skill set is expansive, he’s honest, communicative, punctual and a great guy to work with. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually quote/price the majority of my jobs with a calculated bid.I will also give an hourly rate if that is what works out best for the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After meeting a new customer,I like to answer any and all questions that they may have regarding their specific needs. I also give them my background in regards to experience in the construction industry.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 26 years of field experience in residential as well as commercial and tenant improvement construction. I have also completed the apprenticeship program through the U.B.C ( United Brotherhood of Carpenters).
