Jim and his crew did a major renovation on our home. They moved walls, replaced concrete patios, replaced all windows and 2 sliding doors, installed a French door, installed all new wood flooring, painted the inside and outside of the house, replaced a patio cover, and renovated 2 bathrooms (including a new tub in one and new tiled shower enclosure in the other). The work was well done, was completed in the time that was agreed upon and any issues (all minor and very few) were dealt with quickly and completely. Jim is very easy to work with and his grasp of what we were looking for and ability to get there is awesome. JWB is the first contractor we will call for any other work we need done.

I have done multiple jobs with Jim. First one is to have Jim install the garage door. The original framework was ok, but Jim has re-enforced it and make sure it's strong for long-term. I called him again on another job to install the recessed lights. It was done in short period of notice since I need it urgently for my birthday. Again, I was satisfied. When I purchased a new home, Jim also help to provide a FREE estimate of how much it costs to fix some foundation problems, and he also did a quick estimate of repair cost of other items. His recommendation was also honest. To my surprised, he recommended not to fix the issue because the cost to fix doesn't worth the value, while assured me that the issue won't impact safety. Jim is honest, quick, professional and very reliable. His pricing might not be the lowest as I have quoted several people on these projects, but learning from my experience, I rather pay 10-20% more, but that making sure I have a eye-pleasing completion every night.

Simple Awesome !!! Jim has been working on different projects at our house and business for last 8 years and done a fabulous job for us. He has remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms and misc. other projects around the house. He has also done few projects at my business. All of them done with 100% satisfaction. He is very punctual. He is always true to his word. He delivers what he promises. He is super meticulous. He does not create hours. He is extremely reasonable with his pricing. I have referred him to multiple people and they love his work too. And, finally he is also super trustworthy. Actually he still has my house key for future projects !!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most project pricing is generated specific to that project. Pricing is based on projected man-hours required and quantity/cost of materials needed. Certain services already have standard pricing (door installs, dishwasher installs, etc). These are exceptions to the general rule.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the project, I generally spend an hour or so talking over what the customer wants, making suggestions as needed. We then put together a detailed Scope-of-Work and pricing to complete the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years experience (8 as a licensed contractor) handling paid jobs ranging from small handyman type projects to large extended rehabs and remodels. We have significant experience in all phases of residential construction.
