- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by the form. The more complicated the return, the higher the fee. Our average is roughly $200
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We collect all of the relevant information, including prior year tax returns, so that we can seamlessly progress with tax returns through to the current filing. We treat every tax returns as if it were our own.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are required by the franchisor to be current with all IRS rules. In addition to preparers who take continuing education, we have several enrolled agents who can represent tax payers to the IRS.
