- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes I am required to accomplish 20 hours of continuing education every 2 years. It is through this that I am able to stay up to date with current health and fitness trends, and also learn a lot of new fun exercises and exercise methods to keep my clients session always fresh and fun!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We specialize in toning and weight loss. We most commonly work with women looking to get rid of that last 10-20 pounds, and wanting to tone up and look great!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I started with a client in September of 2011. She was about 70 pounds over the weight she desired to be and had a hard time walking 100 yards without being out of breath. In December of 2011 she completed her first 5K, and in December of 2012 she completed her first half marathon! She has lost over 50 pounds of fat, over 25 inches from her body, and has added 20 pounds of lean muscle. Were still working together and her attitude and work ethic inspires me to be better everyday!
