- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally pricing is by "flat fee" for the particular charge and I give discounts for individuals that have "multiple" charges or violations
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, receiving copies of all documents, tickets etc. that the customer may have been given by a law enforcement officer or court so that I can evaluate them. These can be mailed, faxed or emailed to me - whichever is easier for the customer. Payment for services can be handled likewise by either mailing me the payment or handling it over the phone via credit card or debit card. My office also offers payment plans on many types of cases.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Juris Doctorate (Law Degree) from St. Louis University and State Licenses to Practice in Missouri, Illinois and Federal District Court. Further, 24 years experience in my areas of practice.
