Introduction: Utah Concrete Lifting Contractor We lift sunken concrete, fix tripping hazards, and void fill. Lifting settled concrete with polyurethane foam is considered a long-term repair, not a temporary fix. Our lightweight high-density foam won't loose density like mud jacking slurry. Our hydrophobic foam cured in 15- 45 minutes and will completely maintain its compressive strength. Our foam will not break down or washout with from water, making Liftech's process a long-term solution. Liftech's polyurethane foam systems for concrete lifting and stabilization is specially designed for lifting highways, bridge approaches, curb sections, airport runways and both residential and commercial concrete slabs. Brian is a licensed general contractor, holding both a Utah B100 and S290, with over 20 years of experience in construction specializing in residential and commercial construction. Brian answered my call, came to home for my free estimate, and lifted my concrete... No middle man! Excellent customer service! I am very impressed on how Brian took the time to educate me on polyurethane foam. My driveway, entry sidewalk and stairs along with my back patio where all lifted and look great! Awesome company! Highly recommend!
