Introduction: LockedOut is a Portland locksmith service. You can request a quote by downloading our App on the iPhone App Store, called "LockedOut," by calling our phone, or by completing our online web form (which you can access by clicking our business website). We provide fixed-rate locksmith services starting as low as $75 for simple lockouts. Simply text us a picture of your door, and we can guarantee our rate. All of our locksmiths are licensed under New York State and NYC law. We will never quote you one price over the phone and then change the price in person. We will never drill your lock when we are able to pick it. We accept credit cards. Our hours of operation are from 8:30 A.M. to 12:00 A.M., 7 days a week.
