Marius was my handyman for 3 wonderful years. He handled the repairs of 8 rental properties. He was punctual, polite, and professional. He was familiar with all aspects of maintenance; plumbing, carpentry, cleaning,electrical, blinds, carpets, tile, painting, hardware. You name it! He had a lot of good money-saving ideas. It has taken 5 different people to replace him. My tenants miss him. I miss him. He is worth his weight in gold.

MG building and maintenance remodeled a strangely set up bathroom in my house and it came out beautiful!! The job included, plumbing, removing and building walls, doors and windows and refinishing a hardwood floor. I was so impressed! Professional and quality work! Highly recommended!

My pricing system depends on the work involved. With some types of work, the pricing is per foot or per yard such as with tile installation and with other types of work the pricing is based on the estimated time to perform the work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will make sure to be open and clear with good communication. I will make sure to get an accurate and detailed understanding of the work involved and make clear what my estimate is for the labor, materials and time involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up in the building trades in a family construction business and have been working as a self employed contractor for over 18 years. I also put safety first and have taken numerous safety training courses.
