I hired Luke Schaefer to replace an exterior house door. When he initially came to the house, he was professional, helpfully explaining what had to be done. He agreed to the job and we signed his contract with the understanding that I would need a couple weeks to raise the funds. Once I had the payment, I contacted Luke and was told that he was too busy to schedule my job until January. I accepted this and called and texted him as requested late in Dec. to schedule. He has not returned any communications from me although I have texted and left phone messages numerous times, including a message requesting that if he is unable to do the job to please have the courtesy to let me know so I can find another contractor. I would not recommend hiring Luke Schaefer.

Wanted a new kitchen backsplash. Subway tile. Luke responded right away. Offered a fair price and showed enthusiasm to earn the work. In the weeks leading up to starting the job, we was constantly communicating. I had some prep projects to finish, and he checked in often to see how I was progressing. Luke and Dennis were friendly and fantastic. We had some counter top issues....they did research on how to fix. They showed up special to help counter top guys move the counters. They returned and did the backsplash right away. They came at the time they said. They were very thorough about cleaning up every day. They were super meticulous about straightness and precision. They were always worried about budget and communicated thoroughly about additional costs. I have other tile issues in our house, and Luke has already earned my trust to work on them. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

Luke and his crew were on time, very professional, and very easy to work with. My roof is very old but Luke and crew took the time to fix it the right way.The quality of the work to me is outstanding and done in a timely manner.They clean up as they go and leave the job site the way it was when they got there. I would definitely recommend Luke and crew for your roof job

I was contacted by a contractor the day after I requested services on Thumbtack. The contractor stopped to review the job and give a quote the same day. He kept in touch regularly until the job was completed. The work was well done and I am very satisfied. I will contact this person again when projects arise.
