- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually make contact, try to schedule a time and date that would work for the party that is trying to hire a contractor. Once we are able to do that, we then find our with our potential client may want to do or need to get done and we try to assist them with as much as we can. We work with them to make sure they are able to afford the project in a timely manner, we always make sure the customer is satisfied and is always at ease with the process.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all type of customers, we do residential work and commercial. We service the Sunset Tower Hotel on a regular basis and have done plenty of remodeling work there as well. We specialize in high end projects but also take on small projects, no job is too small or too big, too easy or too hard, we welcome who ever wants to become apart of the MIM family
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would advice our customers to make sure that the company has knowledge in the field they are looking to do the work in, make sure that the company is going to provide them with professionalism, honesty and quality work.
