- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I normally charge $15. to $50./ per person depending on what type of foods they order and setting it is, and what type of event it will be, that way it will be very affordable for my customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my customer in person to find out what type of foods they prefer for their Event and how they would like them to be prepared (Broiled, Grilled, Fried or Baked) what food allergies do they or their guests have so that I can omit particular items so no one will get an allergic reaction to certain nuts or foods.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It all comes Naturally so the answer to that is no I never went to Culinary School, however I am ServSafe Certified and adhere to all precautions while handling Raw Meats!
