You will hear me always say " You can`t out work bad Nutrition " We focus on food intake and calories consumed , (good calories) . If your goal is weight loss , you must burn more calories then you consume . Our system is science , fun science ! Finding those few people who are really serious about their goals and follows the program and pushes themselves above and beyond !

I've had many trainers in the past but KC is by far the best! The workouts are fun and never dull. He motivates you to workout harder and makes it a fun experience. I've noticed results just after a month of working out with him. His workouts pay off! Thanks KC!

I have been training with KC since last Summer. One thing that keep me going is the partner stretching before and after training. This help me to continue my rest of the day without limping or muscle cramp after hard train.

I have had two children back to back and gained about 50 lbs. KC helped me have fun and melt all that body fat back off. And bonus, my girls know and love him! He's part of our family now and I wood recommend him to anyone. Scheduling is so easy and he really helps you understand how your diet can help your results! 1000% loyal

Been training with KC over a year now. After every session I feel I've been worked out to my limit (serious sweat going on!). I love the warm up stretch time & partner stretch at end of workout. It definitely keeps my injuries down. I haven't reached my weight goal yet because I haven't been following KC 's advice on logging food. As KC says "you can't out exercise your diet". The last couple weeks I'm finally following his advice. He's been very patient with me & positive on this long journey of diet & exercise. Thx KC for sticking with me!
