FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our attorneys are knowledgeable and efficient taking family law cases at our standard hourly rate. Our employment cases are evaluated and either billed hourly or taken on a contingency fee (we collect legal fees upon recovery). We take most personal injury cases at a contingency fee basis. Immigration cases are offered at a flat fee rate or hourly rate after a case evaluation. All other services may be offered through hourly or value billing on a case-by-case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with each new client in office for a 30 minute consultation in which we analyze and review their particular legal need. Clients want answers and we pride ourselves on being straightforward and not misleading with our clients. If we can help, we will let the client know what we can do and provide a quote. If we cannot, we will refer that potential client to another lawyer or organization that will be able to assist them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our lawyers have their Juris Doctorate and are licensed to practice law by the Oklahoma Bar Association. Additionally, many of our lawyers are licensed in all Federal District Courts and the 10th Circuit.
