- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My typical pricing is based on the event, location, and if the client is interested in an adjoining workshop to the keynote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fill out a simple questionnaire that helps define your goals followed by a few phone conferences with your key meeting stakeholders which leads to a targeted approach that is approved by your team.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a veteran performer of The Second City, I've been teaching improvisation to corporate audiences for nearly 30 years. Within the last 5 years, I have become certified in Design Thinking Facilitation by ExperiencePoint, the corporate training partner of IDEO.
