FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is moderate to fit most client's budgets. However, if there is hardship, the sliding scale is applied.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients book appointments online where they fill out a brief intake questionnaire. The initial introductory session is only 30 minutes and may be completed over the phone, internet or in person. Allow up to 90 minutes for your first full session for the intake assessment, treatment and planning. All aspects of health and well-being are considered in a holistic treatment plan. The follow up sessions include some talk time to see what has been effective, what is still needed, and what has happened since the last session. Sessions after our first full session are typically close to one hour. Children's sessions are shorter as their intakes are generally shorter, depending on their age.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Certified teachers certifications in Ayurveda, Yoga and Meditation with Chopra University, Training in CranioSacral Therapy from the Lyons Institute, Clinical Hypnotherapy with Sussex, Marriage Builders (spiritual relationship therapy / not religious), Art Therapy and Somatic Movement Therapy.
