I have worked with Amanda Bauer and Noble Chef Hospitality and Catering on several occasions for both corporate and community-oriented private parties. I have been consistently WOWED by their professionalism, presentation, attention to detail, and adaptability. The food is not only aesthetically pleasing, it all hits your taste buds with the most satisfying combination of flavors and textures, always cooked or served at just the right temperature. They have a knack for tailoring the menu to your specific event, theme, flow, etc., and they often include items that are delightfully unexpected and inspired. I simply cannot say enough what a wonderful experience it has been working with them.
