- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would like to take some time to find out what type of event you are planning, The more information you can provide me with I can customize a menu especially for you. if you want a simple menu or you want more creative and intricate cocktails, this includes what type of decor, glassware, garnish we will create or what type of wines we will be pouring.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over seventeen years experience in the food and beverage industry, I have completed sommelier through the Guild of sommeliers.I have conducted several classes in cocktail making and wine tasting. I have also have a very strong knowledge of prohibition and tiki cocktails. I love what I do!!!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a bartender for many years, and I started my cocktail catering company by complete accident. A friend asked me to work a small party, I brought my own ingredients, she supplied the booze and I booked several parties with her guests. I am looking forward to making this a full time thing.
