Introduction: Customer satisfaction is my goal and having them happy will make me happy. I have more than 10 years working by myself as handyman but in total I've been doing this job since I was a teenager. First with my dad in his contractors company on the field, then working for different companies as foreman. These experiences help me to build up my knowledge and become better day by day and be able to show it in every project I do. Satisfaction, quality, and meeting budget needs are in my top 3 list for customer satisfaction. My dad was my role model, my personal teacher and lerning his traits was and still a bless. I really enjoy what I do, helping people with their projects and see them happy at the end of the day. The most important thing about my job is that I enjoy doing what I do and I can reflect it in every project I do by doing it to the best of my abilities.

My wife and I will be using him for now on should we need any more house repairs. I had a bad leak in a window and he came out the same day to take a look and give some quotes. I really appreciated him giving different options to fix the issue and the fact that he was very polite and professional throughout the entire process.

Julio provided a complete solution in his repair of my furniture -- a high-quality, broken wooden king bed frame. He went beyond just fixing the broken area; but dismantled the frame to "shore up" other potential breakage areas. In a relatively short visit, he gave me a "Like-New" bed frame! Thanks, Julio.

Julio did an excellent job withe various projects I had waiting for him. He arrived on time, is a hard wirker, professional, and very kind. He dismounted a large, heavy plasma tv from the wall, and patched and painted the holes left not only from the mounting system itself but also from the holes cut to hide the tv wires. There is NO trace of evidence that a tv once hung on the wall. He also expertly repaired holes in a bedroom door. I thought I'd need to replace entire door but after Julio repaired it, once again, thete is NO evidence that anything was ever wrong with the door. He also repaired ripped screen door & a sliding door. I was very satisfied with his work. You can't go wrong hiring Julio!

Julio repaired and remounted a large, heavy pool house door. He went above and beyond by making a special trip to Lowes and also replacing rotted wood on the frame and readjusting the other doors so everything worked perfectly. He also fixed two interior doors in my home that were not closing properly and were not listed by me in the estimate. He took my electric dryer apart to check the belt and find the problem there. I am extremely happy with all his work and the time he took with my problems. Julio is a very personable individual, caring and friendly. I have no doubt I will use his services again.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for Computer Science and Biomedical Engineering, I also took many seminars that build my knowledge. Work as handyman in senior community, gated community, apartment complex, and private customer where I was in charge of daily work calls included but not limited to resident and commercial (inside out).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took engineering clases and I work for gated communitys and apartment complex before I start with Thumbtack.
