- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I bid visually by the amount of work it will take to complete your project. some procedures, such as wallpaper removal I bid by time and material, that is $40 an hour Plus any cost for material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with the customer at the address of the project. we then discuss details of work and procedures needed. I answer any questions you may have honestly. I give a fair quote based on the customers needs. if we agree that I will be your contractor. we discuss dates the project will begin and end. We then sign a contract. I received 10% of the cost of your project down in order to hold your place in the schedule, I then receive the remainder of 50% when the project begins and the final payment upon completion.

I have a lead license and I have 20 years experience in the painting industry.
