FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Labor and material, that is the recipe for my pricing. There is a quote concerning the labor. If the project is clearly defined in the request, the quote will not change, but any unforeseen conditions will be address and the pricing will be discuss. All pricing will be agree to before the work is completed. No games here.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I interview the client about their needs and expectations. I desire a comprehensive conversation, so there is no confusion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Since I was 11, I learned from my father how to repair and assemble furniture. I worked with Scan Furniture assembling furniture and ran a small repair and assembling business. Through work experience and training learned to install office and home furniture.
