- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate $65 or job quote for full project design. 20% procurement fee for fixtures and furnishings ordered. No charge for internet time, email time, expediting, or warranty issue resolution time on products.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Scope of work meeting, inspirations meeting to define style and 'must haves', budget meeting with builder, selection meetings, design plan presentation and selection quotes, pre-construction meeting with build team including trades, sign-off and order fixtures, framing meeting, progress meetings with build team, punch list walk through, voila!
