I concentrate on the proper breathing techniques, acquiring preventative skills, body positioning during exercises, and teach the means of taping into your true strength/balance to have conscious command of your whole body (and function). Exercise is a metaphor for life. All the things that stunt your progress in your training are habits/challenges that hinder you from overcoming the same in your everyday practices. I love the moment when the realization is recognized by my client that they are in charge of their Life more than they give themselves credit for. The mind is very powerful, and it determines (consciously/unconsciously) the outcome of your circumstances.
