Goals
Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: The measure of any good personal trainer comes down to these: 1. Credentials. Too often you see people who call themselves a "personal trainer" because they have a certification for a "recognized" fitness organization. Unfortunately, there is so much more to learn than what is offered in a two day seminar. The only acceptable certification should be a college degree in the exercise science field as well as nutrition science. 2. Client base: Does a trainer do this as a "hobby" or is it his/her full time career? For over 20 years I have made Executivebody Fitness my full time career. I just don't believe that being responsible for a persons health is a "hobby" or part time job. Personal training is my business, my passion and my life. Nothing makes me more happier than helping someone who didn't like their body, their appearance and suffer from low self esteem and completely change their body, mind and outlook on life !

I found Dave on Thumbtack in Dec 2015. He has been my trainer ever since!!! It has been almost 2 years & the transformation in my body has been wonderful! He's so patient with my physical limitations & previous injuries. I'm so glad that I found him.
