- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rates are based of the number of sessions per week and the length of each session. Please call me for pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to sit down with a new client and get to know what their fitness goals are and develop a positive and inspire them to reach their goals. I also have new clients complete a medical history form to get a better idea of current and past medical issues and or restrictions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my degree in Exercise Physiology from Springfield College. And I minored in Nutrition.
