- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will be determined on where training takes place. The further away from my location, the more it will cost for travel. For detail pricing please request a quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically start a new client with a series of workouts that allow me to access where their current fitness levels are, check on form and give them a idea of what to expect with me. Beginners always start with body weight exercises and short circuit training. Slowly weights are incorporated into the routine as well as high intensity interval training. More experienced customers will begin with some more advanced exercises with emphasis on form, technique and variations for increased muscle stimulation or fat loss. All customers can expect a personalized workout routine based on their individual skills, fitness levels and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was certified by World Instructors Training School (WITS) in 2014 and just recently under went continuing education courses for my renewal.
