Winter Park Pet Concierge
About this pro
Jenorise and her team are absolutely AMAZING! I literally can't say enough good things. She truly runs everything like a business. She is not only professional, but extremely caring towards our pups. Each day we get an online journal that documents what they did with each dog and top notch pictures! Getting the pet care journals are the best part about my work day. :) I have 0 stress knowing that Jenorise and her team are taking care of my two dogs. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog walker.Nov 6, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My rates are rather standard for the industry. My base pricing for dog walking, cat care and vacation visits is $18 for one to two pets for a half hour visit. If your pets need more time, $25 for a 45 minute visit and $35 for a 60 minute visit might suit them better. Winter Park Pet Concierge charges $3 more for three or more pets. If a household has 6 or more pets, a 60 minute visit is required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Winter Park Pet Concierge schedules Meet & Greets, which is a time to meet both owner and pets. We discuss routines and specific pet care needs as well as new client paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have worked with animals since I was a teenager. The first time I worked as a dog walker, I was 19 years old and I was trying to raise money for mission work for my church. It never really stopped after that. I'll admit I only considered it a part time "side job" for most of my life but had a change of heart in the last few years.
