Introduction
I am a senior person who loves language and writing. I have an MBA, and I was class valedictorian at Hollywood High School a few decades ago. I've been a journalist for 7 years and a legal secretary for 18. Lately, I have taught meditation and pranayam (breath work) using kundalini yoga which I learned while I studied 36 years with the Siri Singh Sahib, Yogi Bhajan, founder of 3HO -- healthy, happy and holy. I have a lot of patience and a sense of humor. I want people to succeed at what they are doing.
