- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to detail each clients package based on their needs. RE-SCHEDULES ARE ALLOWED ONCE ONLY. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet & greet through email and/or phone. I explain the deposit process and what I need from you to lock in your date & time. I'm always open to helping with makeup & hair tips, along with helping you determine wardrobe.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I taught myself most of everything I know. I have worked beside professionals in the past, and continue to broaden my education through online classes.
