- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is quite simple. I charge as little as I can while still providing the best service to all my clients. I try to tailor my packages to each individual's needs so there isn't really a way to set a standard package rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Learning about a client and what their needs are is really all that matters when meeting someone new. My services mean nothing if the photos don't capture what they are supposed to. Whether consciously or unconsciously everyone has a unique story that they are trying to convey. This is really evident in weddings, but everything from corporate headshots to architectural photography has a much greater impact if the right story is told.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Educating yourself is the most important way to develop your business. Constantly learning and taking what you've learned and melding them together with your own techniques is what sets you apart from others and creates your personal professional image.
