- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard price because what we do is custom. However we can provide average market prices for the different textures and materials available to do your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We visit a potential client, LISTEN to what he wants, understand his/her lifestyle, and needs and then we explain what can we do to help. We show our prospects different styles and alternatives to achieve their goals. Show them pictures, make them a design and finally sign a contract. If the client already has a Design in hand we work with it.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
my background is Computer Engineering, so I am a practical person trained to solve problems, I have studied many different courses an seminars about Landscaping, and also studied more formally in South Western College. Have had many recognitions over the years.
