Estimate includes (prep work), pre-power wash (exterior), then scraping old paint, replacing rotten wood, sanding and caulking. The exterior gets two coats of paint. I offer top-quality work from years of experience. I do full-detail landscaping work, including cutting and edging, rock, stick and trash removal, rake and bag leaves tree limb removal, also offer weed killers. I never cut your grass in the same pattern, leaving you free of lawnmower track marks. I'm making sure your yard looks better and better every time I'm back. No job is too big or too small.
