FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Painting: The painting job is based of a estimate of cost of materials, labor, and time it will take to complete the job. Also there are other things that factor in such as prep work and weather. Landscaping: Also is based on an estimate system with a labor minimum of $30. This covers travel and gasoline of equipment. Landscaping jobs are estimated on time and how sever the job will be. A yard that was recently cut last week with nothing on yard and no trees or plants can run you close to the minimum in an estimated time, but a yard that looks like a Safari with Jungle plants and obstacles will take more time and care and can cost a little more. All estimates are Free
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I understand I never get a second chance to make a first impression. I guarantee the process will be 100% satisfactory and I will be working with them from start to finish. Communication is key.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a general contractor, working with homeowners to help restore their homes due to hail damage. Which includes me replacing roofs, siding, gutters and painting of entire homes and sheds. I have door to door communication skills working in damaged neighborhoods talking to homeowners and explaining the process and urgency. Working as a sub-contractor has given me the knowledge and skills it takes to become a painter. I also have been doing landscaping since i was a teenager and had my own small business in my neighborhood.
