- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
SFI's pricing system is based upon the specific investigative/security needs of the Client. We offer discounts to Non-profit organizations and well as return customers
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
SFI will schedule a walk through of the Client's business or meet with the Client to discuss their investigative/security needs in detail. We will answer any of the Client's questions and will go through an investigative/security services' checklist to ensure we are able to meet all of the Client's investigative/security needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
SFI is a licensed investigations and security firm with employees form many backgrounds. We understand that different task require different skill set levels. We match and manage the appropriate employee to the corresponding projects, under the direct supervision and study of our highly trained and knowledgeable Field Supervisors. All SFI employees are evaluated quarterly to identify key areas in need of improvement. This ensures that the employees performance and quality service skills meet the expectations of our customers and mission. We offer the opportunity for our employees to enroll in our extended, more advanced training courses which prepare them for projects from clients that require a better understanding for administrative and industrial logistic requirements as well as other meticulous task.
