- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have a standard pricing each job depends on its own problems
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with new customers and long time customers I practice the same strategies also that knowledge is power so I like to give them as much information as possible
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In order to keep my license I have to go to classes every three years. In between these three years I also take online training classes I read literature and keep up on news stories
