- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have standard prices and packages. But I always felt that every event or project is different. Not everyone can afford a professional photographer In this day and age. So I have custom package's and payment plans to meet with any kind of clients budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to meet with clients face to face after a few emails are sent. Meeting with future clients gives both the benefits of who you are going to work with. Once meeting is done and client would like to book. Our next thing is to sign contract and collect deposit. Signing contract and deposit confirms that I'm booked that day for that client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 12 years professional experience. I started my company back in early 2000's. I have taking photography classes (General photography, blk/white, darkroom developing, photo imaging) at Foothill College. Also I assisted professional photographers in the mid to late 90's.
