- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide a professional and detailed quote, which includes a timeline, for every project I take on. I ensure that my quote meets the client's vision of the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After graduating from Duke University with degrees in English and French, I earned my master's degree in creative writing from the Johns Hopkins University Writing Seminars, where I attended on a fellowship. I earned my J.D. (law degree) from the University of North Carolina School of Law. I earned my Ph.D. in English, specializing in Rhetoric and Composition, from the University of North Carolina Greensboro. I taught writing and law at the university level for 11 years before leaving academia to write and consult full-time.
